The SH-WM34 is what Shimano calls a trekking shoe! What does that mean? Well, simply put it not as stiff as road riding show and not as flexible as a tennis shoe. It is the perfect shoe for active women with an identity crisis… they cannot decide if they want have a racing shoe, a hiking boot or a mountain bike show! Now they have the best of all three.
The SH-WM34 is aggressive enough to take on a hardcore mountain bike ride yet refined enough to wear on your commute and into the office on casual Friday.

Warranty:Shimano Bicycle Division Limited Warranty
Shimano warrants to the original retail purchaser that the Shimano bicycle division product for which they received this warranty, is free from non-conformities in material and workmanship for a period of two years and their Dura-Ace and XTR components are covered for a period of three years from the date of original retail purchase. Shimano footwear, soft goods and wheels are warranted for a period of one year.
How To Make A Claim
If the part is on a new bicycle: Bicycle is within the warranty period provided by the bicycle manufacturer, then contact the bicycle manufacturer. The dealer that sold you the bicycle can do this on your behalf. This is the quickest method.
In all other cases: Refer back to the bicycle dealer that sold you the product or contact Shimano American Corp. directly at (800) 423-2420.
Please do not return any item directly to Shimano unless advised to do so by a Shimano agent.
If you are asked to send the item to Shimano, please include both: a) A dated proof of purchase b) ) A completed Consumer Warranty Claim Form
