I love this bag - it works great and is very well made. I have no issues with it - its very practical and I would highly recommend it! I use it on my CruzBike q559.

Have been using this bag every day for commuting since the spring of '14 and have been very pleased with it. Construction is good and it holds its shape which is nice. I like a bag that doesn't flop around when empty. I use it on either the front or rear rack depending on what I'm doing that day. It's a really convenient size for commuting and the included rain cover is well done, and bright yellow which adds visibility on those grey days. I pretty much keep all my essentials (tools, raingear, snacks) in this bag and clip it on whichever bike I'm riding that day. I've even used it as the front bag on a multi day tour. It has no map case but it's easy enough to clip a clear zip bag to the top and it doesn't interfere with opening the bag.

This bag is huge! I love it! It will hold a lot more than I had planned to use it for. I really like how it just snaps into place on the rack it was designed for

I've owned one for about 6 months now. Good solid construction has held it's shape just fine. The inside pockets have come in handy. There are rubber "feet" that sit on the rack so that no rattling noise happens when riding. Size-wise, a gallon of milk will fit inside with room to spare. The only down side of this bag was I thought the color choices were not so good.
