The Large sized bag is perfect for me. It holds spare tube, patch and tire levers, power bar, pair of arm warmers and a nice pocket for your cell phone. Unzip the bottom zipper to expand the bag and you can fit a windshirt as well. No need to wear a jersey with pockets if you have this bag. Very well made and fastens securely to your seat and post.

No good for my saddle, which is a Brooks saddle just like the one pictured as an example of use on your web page for this item. There is simply no way for the "twist" attachment built on to the bag. Very dissapointed and will probably throw the bag away.

I purchased the Large size (L) and am very happy with the bag. I have used it on my cross country mountain bike for 4 rides of tight bumpy single track. The bag works great and fits; a 2.1 presta tube, 2 air cartridges, a multi tool, chain breaker, 2 power bars, 1 gel, 2 tire levers, inhaler plus some other small items and there is room for a little more. It removes a good amount of weight from my back. The quick disconnect is solid. I added a velcro quick tie to secure below the bag to the saddle rails. I was concerned about bouncing and wanted to reduce the stress on the quick disconnect. It does not need it but I added it for peace of mind. The large size bag does not expand.
