Timbuk2 bags are built to last a lifetime. Born in the San Francisco garage of a former bike messenger, Timbuk2 began making tough-as-hell custom bags in San Francisco's Mission neighborhood in 1989.
After the messenger bag legitimized the man purse, Timbuk2 built on their success and expanded to other product lines, such as messenger bags and laptop sleeves.
Some Timbuk2 products are still made right in their San Francisco factory. Timbuk2 also operates a free Bicycle Share Program in its retail store.
