U.S.P.S. International Shipping

U.S.P.S. orders placed by 1pm MST, Monday thru Friday, will ship out the same day if the items are in stock. For our best priced, faster shipping rates, we recommend shipping via U.S.P.S. Priority or Express Mail. U.S.P.S. options are also helpful if you prefer or require U.S.P.S. rather than FedEx for situations such as shipping to a PO Box or a Post Office for pickup down the road on your bike tour.

***Due to higher shipping costs, If your order includes items on backorder, your order will not ship until all items are in stock.

***U.S.P.S. orders placed between 1pm and 5pm MST can be expedited to "Same Day" for a $7 fee (Please Call).

***U.S.P.S. orders placed between 5pm MST, Friday and 3pm MST, Saturday be usually be expedited to ship on Saturday for a $10 fee (Please Call).

***Sunday and national holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

***Shipping times may be longer than quoted for shipping to APOs & FPOs.

FedEx Shipping

If you prefer that your order is shipped via FedEx, please call or email us for a shipping quote. When emailing, please include the items you'd like to order, your zip code, and how quickly you need your order. Note that FedEx Shipping prices will be quite a bit higher than the USPS.

1. Process Order Through our Website Checkout: We prefer that international orders are processed through our website. Processing your order through our website will give you the opportunity to review the shipping costs. Our website is setup to process payments via credit card or PayPal. If you have trouble with processing your order through our website or you would prefer to process your order through email or over the phone, please refer to the following payment methods.

2. PayPal Invoice by Email: Once your final order is determined, we will email you a PayPal invoice.  Through this PayPal invoice, you can pay directly and securely with your credit card.  There is also an option if you are a PayPal members to log into your PayPal account and make the payment with your PayPal funds. 
3. Phone Payment: Instead, you may give us your payment information over the phone.  Please call +1-928-226-0294.  (We will also be happy to call you.  Email us your phone number if you would like us to do so.)
4. Other Payment Options: If another payment method is preferred, please let us know.
