The Minimalist can be used as a front or rear rack. Weighing only 526 grams including all hardware and straps, yet carries up to five kilograms. Designed with a cupped deck with retention slots for securely mounting rack-top bags, rack-top cases, rack packs, and sleeping bags.
Can be used in combination with a Salsa Down Under Front Rack for two tiers of front cargo capacity.
Mounting instructions
Note: Minimalist racks are compatible only on forks with mid- blade AND crown mounts. For rear mounting, frames must have seatstay mounts AND a seatpost clamp with mounts.
