Racktime Travelit Rear Panniers

Stock status: 5+ in stock

Economical Bike Touring

The Racktime Travelit is a set of two panniers that are ready to accompany you on your bike touring adventures. The Travelit is an affordable bag that will not break the bank and works great with the similarly economical Racktime Barit Handlebar Bag, as well as most bike racks.

Each Travelit has one large main compartment with a drawstring and cordlock. A top flap, which has a small organizational pocket and another pocket with a built-in rain cover, folds down over the main compartment and secures with two buckles on the outside of each pannier. There is a large, expandable side pocket to create more volume in each pannier, which can be folded and zippered shut when not in use. There is also a small mesh pocket on the outside of each pannier.

The Travelit mounts to your bike's rack with the Ortlieb QL1 mounting system. Each pannier weighs in at about 2 lbs. each and has a volume of 2800 cubic inches.

Comes as a set of 2 panniers.

  • Available in Asphalt/Chili and Asphalt/Black
  • QL1 mounting system
  • X-tension sidepocket
  • Mesh front pocket
  • Rain Cover
  • 3M reflection striping

  • Weight: 1900g / 4 lbs 3 ozs.
  • Size: 46x34x16 cm (each side) 18x13.4x6.3
  • Volume: 2x23 Liters / 1403 cu. inches

The Racktime racks have a ten year warranty, and the bags have a five year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Michael Miller says...
I have been using my new Racktime Travelit Rear Panniers for a few week now and man are they great. I commute to work (16 miles a day). I was using my son's messenger bag from school, but my lunch and clothing just did not fit. The first weekend with my new panniers, I bicycled to the supermarket and bought milk, juice, bread, and few items . . . it was great. My next adventure will be to by a bicycle trailer, to be continued ....
