Overview
The Lower elliptical rail is compatible with the Ortlieb bicycle panniers using the QL2 lower mounting system. All panniers from 2007-2009 utilize the QL2 lower mounting system, while the new 2010 Plus fabric models are the only panniers utilizing the full QL2 system.
