One of the anchoring hooks of my two Ortleib Bike Packer Plus panniers went missing. Did a search for "ortlieb hook" which led me to BikeBagShop.com. Went to BikeBagShop.com because a part number was listed in the BikeBagShop.com URL. Found it using the links on the BikeBagShop.com front page which had very easy to find category descriptions. Used the "Shop By Brand" section and clicked on the "Ortlieb Bags" link. Clicked on the "Ortlieb Bag Parts" link and there the hook was. It makes life so much easier when there is a photograph of the item along with the description. This is the way to list parts.
