My Busch and Muller 4D Toplight arrived very quickly, and I was able to install it in about 5 minutes thanks to the very simple instructions. The light mounted with precision to the rear bracket of my Tubus Cosmo Rear Rack, and I am delighted to report that Chicago Motorists can now see me from quite a distance when I am riding my bicycle at night on the City streets. However, you should be aware: If you use the tubus (cosmo) rear rack together with Ortlieb panniers, as I guess many people do, you cannot mount the light directly to the rack without having problems mounting the panniers (blocking). I had to make some spacers to move the light an inch farther out. Mayvbe I did something wrong, but I want to point that out since it is advertised as an useful upgrade. I am also not blaming this on the back light itself... This light is all I was hoping it would be. It's bright and fits perfectly into my Tubus Logo back rack. Also, it installs quickly. The service from BikeBagShop is the best I've run into on the web. Thanks!
