Information on Back Orders

At the Bike Bag Shop we do the best to keep all of our inventory in stock. However, we do experaince some shortages on products due to high demand or supply issues. Most items that are out-of-stock at any given time are en-route to us and will be available shortly. For items that will be arriving shortly, we mark their availability as "shipping in 1-2 weeks".

For items that will be taking somewhat longer to arrive, we do our best to put in an expected date in which we will be able to ship the item out. Our estimated ship dates are generally accurate, however the backordered status of the item may be due to a variety of supply issues that may cause further delays and we cannot guarantee these shipping dates.

We welcome orders for backordered items. For orders with some of the items on backorder, we hold the entire order to ship until all items have arrived. For larger orders with only small parts or items on backorder, we will generally go ahead and ship everything that we have in stock right away and ship additional items as soon as they come in. There are never any additional shipping charges for backordered items. If you do have a partially backordered order where you need the non-backordered items right away, please let us know.

Please Note:

1.For U.S. orders outside of the lower 48 and international orders with items on back, your orderwill not ship until all items are in stock.

2. Due to the complexity of keeping up with the inventory levels of a large variety of products, on occasion an item that shows as being available will actually be unavailable. If this occurs, we will contact you right away to let you know and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
